The steaks are prepared with a wide range of sides and a wide range of choices in the main dish in them. The usual side dishes include the rolls and the baked potatoes. Most of these steak house offers a separate dinner, lunch and beverage menu and a dedicated range of dishes that are prepared just for the kids. However, the major product that the a Steakhouse cuisine offers its takers is the Beef. That is the meat from the bovines which in most cases are the cows, bulls, heifers or steers. It is the prime meat content that one might find in any of the aforementioned steakhouse cuisines, for the very definition of the steak house depends on the beef being served. Some of the other places where the use of beef and of steakhouses has shown considerable and gradual increase includes Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Europe and the United States, and is also important in Africa, parts of East Asia, and Southeast Asia. While Beef is considered to be taboo food in some cultures it is the largest consumed and the most widely cooked dish in the any given steak house cuisine. The beef, as prepared by the steak houses are always let to age and tender before it is used to make the dishes. The aging process is done to improve tenderness of beef which allow the endogenous proteolytic enzymes to weaken the structural and myofibrillar proteins that are present in the Beef. Wet aging is done through vacuum packaging which reduces the spoilage and yield loss. Dry aging refers to a method of hanging the primalswhich are the ribs or loins in most cases, in humidity-controlled coolers. The outer surfaces of the beef dry out and can support the growth of molds and even spoilage bacteria, if the storage environment is too humid and this is some cases results in trim and evaporative losses. The evaporation concentrates the remaining proteins and increases the flavor intensity in the beef and thus in the dishes that are made out of it in the Steakhouses. Thus even the manner in which the beefis stored affects the quality and the taste of the dishes that one gets in a typical Steakhouse cuisine. The molds that form on bee contribute to it a nut-like flavor. The majority of the tenderizing effect happens in the earliest of the 10 days, although two to three days allow significant effects on it. Boxed beef which stored and distributed in the vacuum packaging type, is, in effect, wet aged during distribution. Premium steakhouses dry age their beef for about 21 to 28 days or wet age up to 45 days for maximum effect on flavor and tenderness before it is used to make the many dishes of steak. The many steakhouses, mechanically tenderized the meat from less tender cuts and the meat from older cattle by forcing small, sharp blades through the cuts to unsettle the proteins. In some cases, solutions of exogenous proteolytic enzymes like papain, bromelin or ficin are injected to help the growth of the endogenous enzymes. Some of the most common methods of cooking and preparing the many dishes that one enjoys in the steak houses includes grilling which is cooking the beef over or under a high radiant heat source, generally in excess of 650 °F (343 °C). This causes the searing of the outside of the beef, which results in a tasty crust. In the Canada, the UK, Germany, U.S.A., and Australia, grilling, especially over the charcoal, is sometimes termed barbecuing, which is in most terms shortened to BBQ and is one of the most famous types of beef in the steakhouse cuisine dishes. When the beef is cooked over charcoal, it is also referred to by the term charbroiling which is a process that is quite similar to grilling, but specifically with the heat source above the meat and this process is referred to as grilling in places outside the U.S. Yet another common way of preparing the many types of steak that one might find in the steakhouse cuisines is the roasting which where the steak is cooked in a hot oven, producing roast beef. In most cases, there is no liquid that is added in the roasted process but the beef may be basted by fat on the top to which an alternative of spooning hot fat from the oven pan over the top is followed. The cooking juices are sometimes collected and gravy is prepared out of it. There are, quite a large amount of dishes that are prepared from thisgravy after the fat is skimmed off of it. Yet another common type of cooking the beef is the stir frying method which is typically an Asian way of cooking, and Asia too is catching up on its Steakhouse cuisine owing to fact that more and more people are warming up to the idea of consumption of steak was opposed to ages back when beef consumption was restricted to just the United States and other such counties. The stir frying of beef is done withcooking oil that contains flavoringslike onions, garlic, and ginger that are added in to a hot wok following which the of steal are added, which is then followed by the list of ingredients in the order of the ones that gets cooked fastest. This is the general manner of preparation of steak when it comes to stir frying. Whatever be the cooking method employed for the preparation of the beef, or the steak it is known fact that steakhouse cuisine is one of the fastest growing cuisines in the world as more and more families are taking to the habit of spending dinners and various meals at steakhouses owing to the large variety of dishes that are aimed at satisfying customers of all age and preferences.
