The international cuisine choices that one gets to enjoy in most restaurants is the amalgam of a wide range of dishes and recipes from a large number of cuisines. The idea behind the international cuisine is that of introducing to your taste buds, as wide an array of flavors from as wide a range of cuisines as possible. The list of cuisines that are usually included in the dishes of the international cuisines include the dishes and the recipes from the African cuisine, American cuisine, Arabiccuisine, Argentinian cuisine, the Asian cuisine, Australian cuisine, Bar Food cuisine, Belgian cuisine, Brazilian cuisine, British cuisine, Burgers, Cafes, Chinese cuisine, Contemporary European cuisine, Cuban cuisine, Dim Sum, Egyptiancuisine, Emirati cuisine, Ethiopian cuisine, Filipino cuisine, French cuisine, Fusion cuisine, German cuisine, Greek cuisine, Indian cuisine, Indonesian cuisine, International cuisine, Irish cuisine, Italian cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Korean cuisine, Latin American cuisine, Lebanese cuisine, Malaysian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, Mexicancuisine, Middle Eastern cuisine, Mixed Asian cuisine, Moroccan cuisine, Pakistanicuisine, Persiancuisine, Pizzacuisine, Portuguesecuisine, Russiancuisine, Seafoodcuisine, South Americancuisine, South East Asian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Sri Lankancuisine, Steakhouses cuisine, Sushi cuisine, Swedish cuisine, Tapascuisine, Tex-Mex cuisine, Thai cuisine, Turkish cuisine, Vegetarian cuisine, and the Vietnamese cuisine. While each one of these cuisines have their own special role to play in the dishes they offer, there are those that stand out owing to their richness of cuisine or their traditionally influence range of dishes. For instance, there is the Fusion cuisine. Fusion cuisine, as the very name suggests offers a potpourri of cuisines and a diverse blend of tastes in its dishes. It is generally the combination of the features and ingredients of two or more distinct cuisines. Fusion cuisine, as it has come to be known was the result of culinary globalization and was referred to as the new world cuisine, the new American cuisine and the new Australian cuisine. The refined and evolved form of these references is the fusion cuisine, which in its crude form originated in the 1970s. The spark that set off the idea of the fusion cuisine was the nouvelle cuisine, a French innovation that mixed the ingredients and the elements of the cuisines of the French and the Japanese. However, its major areas of development was in Australia and in the United States, where as a result of a broad immigration history and the blend of a diverse range of cuisines, there was no set cuisine and thus the very concept of fusion cuisine. The fusion cuisine makes use of a potpourri of cuisines like the German, the Greek and the French cuisines, of which each one has its own contribution. The German cuisine for instance is one of the most influential cuisines available. Diversity is one of the defining characteristics of Germany and one can see how it has had an influence on the cuisine too. It is a land filled with culinary delights, a paradise for a passionate chef. The dishes and the ingredients of the German cuisine varies from province to province and from region to region and is yet another reflection of the fact that the German cuisine one of the most diverse cuisines and host to one of the largest selections of dishes. Some of the regions, like Bavaria and Swabia in the south of Germany do share dishes, but a majority of the country have its own variations of the dishes. As a result quite a number of dishes which were once regional have made its way into the national status. The variations in the regional German cuisines are a result of the variations in the geography of the country. The mountains, the plains and the seas all have their own part to play in the regional variations of the dishes and the cuisines. The early German preparations of food, the seafood for instance usually included salting, smoking, curing or pickling which is still quite common in their preparation of fish, vegetables and meats as is used in the Sauerbraten the roast beef cured in vinegar and wine, the Matjes which is pickled herring and the Sauerkraut. The evolution of the German cuisine is quite an interesting affair, for what started as the prehistoric German fare was a bland array of dishes. Similar to the German affair is the Greek cuisine. The Greek cuisine is as rich as the Greek heritage and offers an incredibly luscious and diverse array of dishes that are the products of nearly eons of cooking, of evolving and of living and eating, for the Greek cuisine is one of the oldest and the one of the most incredibly rich ones that is still evolving and thriving. The Greek cuisine shares a hoard of its features with various other regions and cuisines, like that of turkey, the Balkans, Italy and the Levant. With the Greek cuisine, one thing is quite remarkable. Most of its cooking methods, recipes and ingredients have survived the test of time and has even managed to remain as unscathed as possible as most of the cooking methods remain the same. When it comes to the Greek cuisine olive oil is used extensively, along with wine bread, grains, herbs and various types of meats that include the pork the rabbit and the poultry. The variety of the Greek cuisine is afforded by the long tradition and the flavors of these dishes have evolved and modified in pleasing manners as a result of the changes in the season and the geographical changes that one can observe throughout Greece. Of the many cuisines that offer diversity to the International cuisine the India cuisine stands atop. India is one of the many countries that is renowned for its diversity in all aspects of life, and the Indian cuisine stands proud testament to the same. The Indian cuisine is a collective whole of a potpourri of the regional cuisines, of which each one dates back quite a few thousand years and thus offers great insight into the immortal nature of the dishes which is no wonder, owing to the fact that each dish has its own manner of tickling the taste buds in a unique way. The signature Indian dish consists of a diverse range of spices and herbs, and vegetables and fruits. In the Indian cuisine vegetarianism plays a significant part and thus the cuisine has an extensive range of vegetarian dishes and ingredients of a similar kind. The Indian cuisine is quite diverse and the recipes and the dishes vary from one region to another and each region in India has its own significant contribution of dishes to form the ethnically diverse whole that is the Indian cuisine. The shaping of the dishes in the Indian cuisine has had a major amount of influence from the Hindu beliefs and the many cultures that are predominant in the subcontinent. While the list of cuisines that have been discussed are quite limited, these are some of the most major influences on the international cuisine which is ever growing in size and in variety owing the constant contribution from each country and the constant innovation of the chefs, and the restaurants in every country, aimed at enhancing the eating experience as much as possible.
