The great continental breakfast vs, a British breakfast

Continental breakfasts are always abundant and heavy, they normally go light with lunch and dinners. A full English breakfast is truly hearty and includes eggs, sausages, toast, grilled tomatoes, baked beans and crispy bacon with slices of cold ham. This whole is washed down with strong , hot English tea. A continental breakfast on the other hand is less hearty and has the lightness served with a continental flair. The drink of choice is usually cafe au lait. The breakfast is usually croissants or bread rolls with butter and jam, and fruits and fresh juice. Generally, continental breakfasts don’t need any cooking and is easy to serve up.
